I have configured Outlook Express but I still can't send email

Some ISPs only let you use their own SMTP servers; others will not work. In such cases, simply use their SMTP server instead of the First Ideas one (eg smtp.ntlwortld.com). You will also need to remove the tick from the box "My outgoing server requires authentication"

Am I protected from email spam ?

A junk email filter is included as part of all hosting packages.

What is Webmail and how do I access it?

Webmail allows you to send and receive email from your web browser, rather than from your email client (eg Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird). Webmail is very handy if you need an easy way to access your email when away from the office.
