If you have encountered a problem, then please email details to support@firstideas.co.uk and we will look into it and get back to you with an answer as soon as we can.

Please be as descriptive as you can be and include any error messages you may have seen.

We do not provide Technical Support by telephone. That may seem a bit odd, as that has been a traditional way of providing support. It’s not that we don’t want to speak to you, it is because we want to provide the best support possible.

Support via email is more accurate, more efficient and more easily tracked.
