A few years ago as secretary of an organisation I asked First Ideas to develop and maintain a confidential website. He did a grand job setting it up and keeping it going; always prompt with changes and any problems (mercifully few of those). I needed a new website as the old one was 18 years old and very amateurish. I started doing my own months ago and never got round to finishing it so I looked for a local company to do a website for me. In reality, it would not have mattered where First Ideas were based – the excellent service would have been the same as it was all done electronically. Howard finished the website quickly, was receptive to a few changes that I wanted and completed the work to the cost agreed. They also dealt with hosting etc. – something I was not aware of in any detail.
